DOMESTIC GROUND  SHIPPING

Items ship out in 1-4 business days after order is received and may take 3-5 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the pandemic, holidays, and inclement weather. We use USPS & UPS for standard shipping.

DOMESTIC NEXT DAY SHIPPING

At the moment we only use UPS NEXT DAY AIR for overnight shipping. Orders MUST be placed before 9AM EST to be shipped for guaranteed next day, end of day delivery (EXCEPT FOR ORDERS PLACED ON SUNDAYS. It will be shipped the next business day). There may be delays due to the pandemic, holidays, and inclement weather.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer DHL, FEDEX, & UPS WORLDWIDE for international orders. Orders ship out within 1-4 business days and may take between 6-14 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.)

Please note: My Sheek Wardrobe is not responsible for the package once it has shipped. The customer is responsible for any duties or fees charged. If your package has not been delivered after 14 business days of being shipped, please contact the shipping carrier to inquire about the package. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to My Sheek Wardrobe and cannot be refunded or resent. My Sheek wardrobe is not responsible for any orders lost in transit, wrong addresses, and unclaimed/refused pages.

Please note: shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. 

PRE ORDER

Items marked PRE ORDER will ship out on the date or time frame that the product description has stated. We charge your card at checkout to reserve your pre order. Pre order items are not recommended for customers that are on a strict time frame as sometimes there are delays. If your order is combined with in stock and preorder items we will hold the in stock items and will ship the entire order together.

IN GENERAL PRE ORDER PROCESSING TIME WILL TAKE UP TO 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS & SHIPPING WILL TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
